Job Summary: Work on institutional communication for a civil society organization, producing content, managing social media, and supporting campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Support the production of educational materials and institutional campaigns **WORK WITH A CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATION** Responsibilities: * Execute and monitor tactical actions outlined in the institutional communication plan. * Produce content for the website, social media, newsletters, reports, and institutional materials. * Manage social media, including content creation, scheduling, and metric monitoring. * Cover events and training sessions with photos, videos, and written reports. * Engage with supported organizations to collect data and stories. * Systematize outcome data for reporting to funders and accountability purposes. * Support the production of educational materials and institutional campaigns. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Advertising, or related fields. * Preference for candidates identifying with social causes, human rights, and experience in the Third Sector. * Women, Black individuals, or Indigenous people are especially encouraged to apply (this position prioritizes diversity). **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 4\.668,90 \+ Meal Allowance \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Comprehensive Health Insurance \+ Dental Insurance (optional enrollment) \+ Gympass. **Location and Work Schedule:** * Graça \- Salvador \- BA. * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–5:00 PM
