Ensuring service quality standards A yacht club in Salvador (Barra) is seeking a Queue Manager. **Responsibilities:** Greet customers and manage the queue and service order in the dining area. Organize table allocation and rotation, monitor occupancy and reservations. Assign tasks to waitstaff and monitor service pace to ensure smooth operations. Directly support customer service during peak hours. Ensure service quality standards, including staff demeanor, waiting time, and courtesy. Resolve customer incidents and complaints promptly and satisfactorily. Coordinate with kitchen and bar departments to synchronize orders and deliveries. Train and guide dining area staff on standard procedures when necessary.
