Requirements: * Completed High School education. * Prior experience as Head Waiter, Assistant Maître, or dining room leadership role. * Knowledge of restaurant service techniques. * Experience in leadership with a focus on customer service. * Availability for rotating 6x1 schedule\. * Preferred: Sales expertise. * Preferred: Experience in hotel restaurants or high-end establishments. * Preferred: Knowledge of wines and dining room sales techniques. * Preferred: Fluency in a foreign language.
