The Internal Advisor provides administrative and operational support to the consulting team, ensuring information organization, process monitoring, and deadline compliance. They are responsible for supporting external advisors, maintaining interdepartmental communication, and contributing to the efficient execution of events and high-quality service delivery to groups and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
* Organize and update group information in spreadsheets and internal systems;
* Prepare and monitor budgets, quotations, and suppliers;
* Provide administrative and operational support to external advisors and the consulting team;
* Monitor deadlines and requests, ensuring adherence to schedules;
* Attend to groups and suppliers via digital channels;
* Prepare reports, controls, and follow-up documents;
* Monitor contracts and services, flagging pending items;
* Support the organization of meetings and events;
* Ensure communication among departments (commercial, finance, and operations).
Requirements:
* Completed high school education (currently pursuing higher education is a plus);
* Experience with administrative routines and customer service;
* Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management;
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in teams;
* Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Additional Information:
* Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday).
* Occasional ad-hoc tasks outside regular hours and participation in in-person meetings/events.
