Prepare beverages according to technical specifications and quality standards The Vini Figueiras Group is looking for proactive professionals to join our team at the Hotel da Bahia. The ideal candidate must deliver excellent service, going beyond simply serving drinks to ensure a high-standard hospitality experience for our guests. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform bar opening, preparation, and closing procedures. * Maintain organization, hygiene, and cleanliness of the premises in accordance with sanitary regulations and nutrition department protocols. * Prepare beverages according to technical specifications, maintaining quality, timing, and presentation standards. * Serve guests at bars, counters, and tables as required. * Retrieve merchandise requisitions from inventory upon request. Report to the bar manager and comply with their instructions. * Perform duties in alignment with high-standard hospitality principles. * Occasionally process bill payments and issue fiscal receipts for signed accounts when guest consumption is signed. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed High School. * **Experience:** As Bartender or Bar Assistant. * **Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of mixology, hospitality, and customer service. * **Profile:** Proactivity and ability to independently identify work demands. * **Availability:** Flexibility in working hours to accommodate schedule changes due to events or staff absences. ### **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.625,09 (Monthly remuneration includes service charge and performance-based bonuses). * **Benefits:** Meal/Ticket Allowance and Transportation Voucher. * **Working Hours:** Variable shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM / 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM or flexible schedule). Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
