We value **respect, collaboration, ethics, diversity, transparency, and innovation**. **What It Means to Be a Mid-Level Backend Developer:** On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance APIs using Elixir and Phoenix, ensuring quality through automated testing and sound architectural practices. You will participate in technical planning, integrate internal and external services with an emphasis on security and efficiency, and monitor and optimize performance and traceability. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, conduct code reviews, provide technical support to less experienced developers, and continuously contribute to improving processes, tools, and development standards—ensuring robustness, security, and scalability of solutions. **Requirements (Mandatory):** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of prior professional experience. * Proficiency in Elixir and the Phoenix framework. * Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns (e.g., DDD, Event-Driven, Clean Architecture). * Proficiency in RESTful APIs and GraphQL. * Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). * Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (Redis, MongoDB). * Understanding of cloud services (AWS: ECS, RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, etc.). * Knowledge of application security practices and API protection. * Mastery of functional programming concepts. * Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions) and monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana). * Proficiency in version control tools (Git) and agile collaboration methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **We Are Looking For:** We seek a professional who takes ownership of deliverables, demonstrating proactivity in problem solving and continuous improvement.
