Logistics support for delivery and pickup scheduling **Function Objective:** Ensure control, traceability, and availability of operational assets (fixed and mobile sanitation units), guaranteeing logistical efficiency, loss reduction, and contractual compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Control the **entry and exit of sanitation units** (yard, maintenance, field) * Record movements in system (ERP, spreadsheets, or proprietary application) * Issue and verify **loading and unloading orders** * Validate physical quantities vs. system (inventory) * Monitor **equipment location** (construction site, event, contract) * Control asset status: * Available * In use * Under maintenance * Inoperative * Support logistics in **delivery and pickup scheduling** * Identify discrepancies and report losses, damages, or misplacements * Control transportation documentation (waybills, checklists) * Support internal and external audits **Requirements** * Completed high school education (pursuing higher education is a plus) * Experience in inventory control, asset management, or logistics * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience with ERP or management systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with asset tracking (QR Code/RFID) * Knowledge of KPIs and dashboards * Basic understanding of equipment maintenance Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
