Handling labor routines and HR metrics **HR Analyst** =================== #### **OVERVIEW** Responsible for administrative tasks related to store-level people management and for monitoring employee conduct, in coordination with store management. #### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Visits to departments and other store areas; Employee support and assistance; Resolution of employee requests and issues; Responsibility for benefits, uniforms, individual matters, conflicts, etc.; Monitoring of employee working hours; Performance evaluation-based employee follow-up; Onboarding support for new employees during their probationary period (45–90 days); Validation of employee work schedules; Organization of internal events; Supporting the implementation of company-designated training programs; Guiding employees in completing the organizational climate survey; Overtime bank management; Completion of people management forms (SALT, Job Opening Requests, Termination Requests).
