The selected researcher will join a health services research team based at the Center for Data and Knowledge Integration for Health (CIDACS/FIOCRUZ-BA), Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. The project is funded by the Gates Foundation. We strongly encourage applications from Black researchers, LGBTQIA+, persons with disabilities, and other underrepresented groups. **Additional Information** In 2021, the *Bahia Statewide Health Data Network (REDS)* was established with the purpose of integrating and unifying patient data from the state health system into a single centralized repository. REDS focuses on consolidating electronic health records (EHRs), enabling—among other benefits—the measurement of care delivery and costs at the individual patient level via a secure, real-time updated platform. Given the widespread adoption of EHRs in primary care, REDS is currently undergoing expansion, driven by the implementation of the same EHR system used in state hospitals (AGHUse). Currently, Bahia’s hospital network is scaling up adoption of this EHR through standardized deployment of AGHUse across hospital units.
