Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the electronic maintenance team of Clinical Engineering, ensuring organization, technical quality, and adherence to deadlines; * Plan, execute, and supervise preventive, corrective maintenance, and calibration of medical\-hospital equipment; * Ensure availability and reliability of equipment used in patient care, reducing risks of unavailability; * Investigate and resolve technical failures impacting patient care; * Guarantee equipment compliance with technical, regulatory, and electrical safety standards; * Collaborate closely with clinical teams to prioritize critical interventions; * Support procurement processes, technical evaluation, receipt, and installation of new equipment; * Contribute to planning equipment replacement, technological upgrades, and management of the technological fleet; * Monitor third-party maintenance contracts and interface with suppliers; * Participate in internal and external audits and accreditation processes related to Clinical Engineering; * Train and guide the technical team on best practices, safety, and standardization; * Manage performance indicators for electronic maintenance; * Contribute to rational resource use, cost reduction, and institutional sustainability; * Maintain up-to-date technical records of maintenance, calibrations, and equipment histories; Ensure timely delivery of services in the operations area. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience leading maintenance teams; Availability for travel. * **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal voucher; * Employee benefits club; * Health club; * FJS Health Card; WellHub. * Founded on February 21, 1937 by Professor José Silveira, the José Silveira Foundation (FJS) has been expanding its mission through sustainable growth, anchored in strategic planning and a focus on optimal outcomes.
