Team development and quality assurance **Who We Are** Figueira Food Solutions has an open opportunity for a Maitre / Dining Room Coordinator to work in the hospitality sector, with emphasis on service excellence, team leadership, and operations management. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the service team across various hotel departments; * Create work schedules and manage temporary staff; * Conduct team training and capacity building; * Work with revenue targets and performance indicators (quality KPIs); * Monitor compliance with internal procedures and conduct standards; * Ensure a high standard of hospitality and customer experience. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a team leader or coordinator; * Knowledge of high-standard service and hospitality; * Experience with sales techniques and team management; * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple simultaneous operations.
