Come contribute to our success! **About the Position** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Production Assistant. **Main Responsibilities** * Issue production orders and print supporting production documents, such as: inspection records, production reports, and others. * Compare production order entries completed by assistants against system records; . * Issue replenishment orders when necessary, submitting them for approval by the immediate supervisor; * Notify the immediate supervisor of incidents such as system management errors, office supply shortages, equipment breakdowns, and other irregularities, with the aim of correcting identified issues; * Assist leadership in people management, including receiving and delivering documents, requesting uniforms, ID badges, and PPE, recording tardiness and absences, and relaying HR information or announcements. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields. **Knowledge Requirements:** * ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000 standards. * FSSC 22000 certification. * Root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PDCA, etc.). **Additional Information** * Work location: Simões Filho * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working hours: 44 hours per week * Salary: Market-competitive * Benefits: Company-provided transportation, on-site cafeteria, profit-sharing program, medical assistance, and dental assistance.
