




Provide specialized technical support by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents/problems related to IT infrastructure and fulfilling IT service requests. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Replace and relocate modules and equipment as needed and per prior planning. * Replace consumables and perform maintenance on equipment such as desktop computers and laser printers. * Perform minor repairs on components of services provided to users, including equipment, systems, and technical/regulatory documentation. * Install and configure software on users’ desktop computers and mobile devices. * Develop scripts and packages, and install software. * Generate and deploy system images on computers. * Activate, test, and deactivate network ports and IT equipment. * Perform network cabling services, adhering to connectorization standards. * Execute backup procedures and periodic routines, and restore backups. * Draft configuration and operation instructions for equipment and software. * Contact users for additional details regarding requests to resolve issues. * Provide guidance on software and equipment features and usage. * Install and configure printers via TCP/IP protocol. * Coordinate IT vendors through tickets, e-mails, calls, and meetings. * Maintain asset inventory control. * Provide support for fixed and mobile telephony. * Document all activities performed. * Clarify customer questions regarding configuration, installation, operation, and maintenance of IT equipment. * Perform other related tasks as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** Completed undergraduate degree in any Information Technology field. **Certifications/Courses:** Microsoft certification “MD-100: Windows 10” or equivalent; ISSABEL ASTERISK Version 13.30 or higher. **Professional Experience:** Experience with installation, administration, and support of Windows Server environments; Experience with IP telephony is a plus. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Health insurance plan (Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed—applicable according to region); * Dental insurance plan (Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental); * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Life insurance fully covered by Lanlink; * Transportation voucher; * TotalPass; * Pharmacy discount program; * University tuition discount program; * Corporate Education Platform; * Welcome Kit for newborns; * Moodar Platform.
