We want to meet you! **JOIN US, GROW WITH US!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out loss prevention activities in stores and distribution centers by analyzing management reports, analyzing information on high-risk and breakage-prone products; * Systematically promote and participate in meetings with supervisors and team members to identify opportunities for improving results; * Contribute to inventory management reliability in stores through appropriate monitoring and control of physical movements; * Conduct inventory audits, including cold rooms; * Issue reports and verify incoming and outgoing operations; * Perform patrols within the workplace premises to effectively observe and ensure the safety of the company and its customers; * Carry out preventive approaches according to established protocols, aiming to minimize risks and losses within the company environment; * Contact the Military Police, Municipal Guard, Child Protection Council, SAMU (Mobile Emergency Care Service), Fire Department, or any other competent authority as needed to properly handle incidents; * Represent the company in filing police reports, attending police stations in person or using the online format whenever applicable; * Monitor the progress of investigations jointly with competent authorities, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protection of the company’s interests; * Open and close the store within pre-determined hours to deactivate and activate the alarm system, being responsible for safeguarding access keys; * Provide support in guiding and directing the operational team of the department, acting to ensure smooth operational workflow; * Request repairs for any item belonging to the Koch Group’s assets; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program; #### **Desirable requirements (plus):** * Experience in the role is desirable; * Knowledge or experience in the sector will be considered an advantage. #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance target; * Uniform; * College scholarship; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase agreement; * Pharmacy agreement; * SESC agreement; * Psychological support; * Telemedicine; * Shopping discount.
