We are the holding company controlling the concessionaires Bahia Norte (CBN) and Litoral Norte (CLN) in Bahia, Rota do Atlântico (CRA) and Rota dos Coqueiros (CRC) in Pernambuco, and Rota Dourada (CRD) in Mato Grosso — collectively operating approximately over 740 kilometers of highways. If you seek to develop your career and join a company that builds paths for the future, this opportunity is for you. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * First-level (N1\) ticket handling * On-site technical support to users * Registration, tracking, and closure of tickets in GLPI * Escalation of requests to higher levels (N2/N3\) * Support for IT department requests * Ticket classification (Incident vs. Request) and basic SLA concepts #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, or Computer Engineering #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Familiarity with: Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, basic hardware (peripherals, formatting, diagnostics) * Basic networking (IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi) * Knowledge of or experience with GLPI for ticket creation and tracking **Work in the IT Infrastructure area.**
