




Job Summary: An HR professional to structure and lead T&D initiatives, conduct performance evaluations, manage succession planning, and support HR and C&S policies. Key Highlights: 1. Support in succession planning, talent retention, and HR policies **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields; Experience in T\&D, performance evaluation, succession planning, and organizational development; Knowledge of Compensation \& Benefits and HR policies; **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Structure and lead Training \& Development processes, including training programs, learning paths, and leadership development initiatives; Conduct and monitor performance evaluations, supporting managers in delivering feedback and creating individual development plans; Implement and monitor succession and talent retention plans; Support the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures to strengthen organizational culture; Lead onboarding of new employees, ensuring cultural alignment; Support Compensation \& Benefits analyses, including updating and standardizing job descriptions; Provide support to Recruitment \& Selection activities.
