Develop, automate, and optimize reports, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI, DAX, and SQL. Support the creation of enterprise solutions using Power Apps and SharePoint, integrating workflows, forms, automations, and internal databases. Perform data extractions, transformations, and advanced analyses from the RM/TOTVS ERP system (Payroll, Backoffice, TCOP, TCGI). Conduct critical analyses to identify bottlenecks, deviations, and opportunities for continuous improvement, generating strategic insights for executive leadership. Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability by implementing governance processes and BI best practices. Support business units in defining requirements, deadlines, technical specifications, and priority alignment. Propose process improvements, automations, and data-driven solutions aimed at operational efficiency and scalability.
