We seek an analytical, organized, proactive professional with experience in payroll department routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform onboarding, vacation, termination, payroll, and timekeeping processes; * Verify labor charges and ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Administer benefits, including enrollments, removals, verifications, and coordination with providers; * Monitor and manage absences, medical certificates, leaves, and INSS-related procedures; * Ensure updating and organization of employee documents and information; * Provide support to employees and managers, clarifying questions related to payroll department routines; * Maintain and monitor HR/payroll management systems, ensuring data accuracy; * Support internal audits by providing required documents and reports; * Prepare reports, controls, and metrics for the area, contributing to analysis and decision-making; * Participate in internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and organization of departmental routines.
