Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Knowledge of risk analyses and operation of safety systems (deluge, blowdown, F&G, etc.); * Participation in HSE management system audits, among others; * In-depth knowledge of national and international standards related to process safety, such as API, NFPA, NORSOK, IEC61508/61511, CETESB, among others; * Prior experience required in the oil & gas or chemical industry. * Provide technical support to operational areas in Process Safety, ensuring safe operations and compliance with regulatory agency requirements; * Ensure facility compliance with HSE management system requirements (ANP Resolution 43); * Conduct risk analyses and update Safety Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure facility compliance; * Support internal HSE management system audits and change management processes at onshore facilities (refineries, process units) and offshore facilities (FPSOs); * Support technical activities related to ANP/SSM (Superintendence of Safety and Environment), insurance companies, fire departments, among others; * Support Environmental Licensing activities within the Process Safety discipline; * Collaborate with operational and SMS areas to develop or revise risk analyses, recommending necessary actions to mitigate impact and probability assessments to meet limits defined by regulators and the Company’s operational risk management philosophy; * Ensure integration of critical systems and equipment into risk analyses and critical operating procedures; * Develop integrity and reliability indicators per HSE management system and process safety requirements; * Develop and analyze operating procedures, evaluating and implementing process safety-related adjustments when necessary to standardize unit operations; * Commit to continuous improvement of business performance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability.
