Currently offering opportunities to work as a Quality Analyst Become part of GSH Corp! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect blood samples from patients; * Perform immunohematological tests (pre-transfusion testing); * Administer blood components; * Monitor the transfusion process and possible adverse reactions; * Manage pending transfusion confirmations; * Guide patients regarding all relevant information, as well as pre- and post-transfusion care; * Record transfusions and materials in the electronic system; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Hemotherapy or Clinical Analysis, or completed Higher Education in Biomedicine, Biological Sciences, or related fields; * Prior experience in transfusion processes required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic systems; * Organized profile, professional demeanor, and commitment; **Additional Information** * Workload: 180 hours/month * Availability for rotating schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance We are the largest specialized network in high-complexity hemotherapy and cellular therapy in the country.
