Agueda Gonçalves, 240 \- Jardim Pedro Goncalves, Taboão da Serra \- SP, 06760\-900 \*️ What We Are Looking For \* Experience: 1 year in the IT field Education: High school diploma with completed technical training in IT, or completed or ongoing higher education degree in IT \* Responsibilities: \* * Providing support, installing and configuring new IT equipment, and reconfiguring previously installed equipment * Analyzing and diagnosing incidents to resolve problems, occasionally collaborating with vendors and other professionals * Supporting installation and configuration of operating systems (MS\-Windows 7/8/10/11 or their technological successors) * Supporting installation and configuration of native user tools on equipment (MS\-Office Professional, MSOutlook, web browsers) or cloud-based tools (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive) * Installing standard, client-approved market software (antivirus agents, PDF readers, plug\-ins, etc.) * Installing specific applications or information systems, provided that procedures, manuals, or tutorials are supplied by PRODESP, and with vendor or developer assistance if required * Verifying and identifying issues in cabling systems; performing basic and occasional infrastructure network repairs, such as network cable crimping and physical installation of access switches in racks (without configuration or programming) * Logging, tracking, monitoring progress, and resolving service requests in the ticket management system adopted by the CLIENT * Writing procedures for resolving known incidents and problems * Keeping the knowledge base up to date. \* What Would Be a Plus: \* * Clear and concise oral and written communication skills. \* What We Offer \* * Salary: BRL 2\.400,00 * Meal allowance: BRL 30.00 per working day (with 20% PAT deduction) * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Health plan (30% monthly premium covered by the company after 3 months of probation) * SESC benefits * GOGOOD * Partnerships with universities and English language schools. \* DOES THIS MAKE SENSE FOR YOU? \* Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
