Then \#JoinEconomart! **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Execution and monitoring of promotional actions in stores; * Direct support to store units, monitoring and control of graphic materials, supplies, and stationery, management and standardization of visual communication; * Support in executing events at stores; * Negotiation and contracting of suppliers; * Monitoring of requests related to events, campaigns, and promotional activations. **Therefore, we require that you have:** ----------------------------------------- * Experience with events and promotional actions in retail; * Ability to manage multiple stores and a large volume of suppliers; * Strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal relationships, teamwork, organization, focus, and proactivity; * Valid driver’s license; * Availability to work on Saturdays and travel when necessary. **Bonus if you have:** -------------------- * Prior experience in retail or wholesale chains; * Experience in supplier and contract management; * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with high demand volumes. **Work Schedule:** ------------------------ On-site work from Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **What You’ll Find at Economart:** ------------------------------------------ * Market-competitive salary * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * University partnerships: up to 80% discount at select institutions * Life insurance * SESC membership benefits * Professional growth opportunities
