### **Job Objective**
Support technical and analytical operations in the power generation sector, contributing to regulatory, contractual, and operational analyses related to the electrical system and the group's thermal power plants, while developing a strategic and multidisciplinary business perspective.
### **Responsibilities**
* Support technical and operational analyses related to the power generation sector;
* Evaluate electroenergetic conditions of the National Interconnected System (SIN) and generation outlooks for the group's thermal power plants;
* Conduct studies and monitoring of energy sales contracts;
* Support management and analysis of fuel supply contracts;
* Monitor transmission, transportation, and distribution system usage contracts;
* Analyze contractual penalties and impacts arising from operational events;
* Support management of research and development (R\&D) contracts;
* Monitor and evaluate compliance with ANEEL regulatory and normative requirements related to R\&D;
* Prepare reports, controls, and technical analyses to support decision-making;
* Interface with technical, regulatory, operational, and administrative areas;
* Participate in studies, projects, and strategic initiatives of the area;
* Undertake travel for operational monitoring and business demand support.
### **Requirements and Qualifications**
* Final year of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program, or up to 2 years since graduation;
* Interest in working in technical and administrative areas of the electricity sector;
* Availability for travel;
* Strong critical analysis and data interpretation skills;
* Ability to work with contracts, controls, and regulatory processes.
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience or knowledge in contract management;
* Exposure to the power generation sector;
* Knowledge of electricity sector regulation and ANEEL norms;
* Familiarity with operations of the National Interconnected System (SIN).
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
