If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise the execution of electrical, hydraulic, and other building systems installations. * Interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with requirements and safety standards. * Lead and guide installation teams, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity. * Manage deadlines, service quality, and proper use of materials. * Ensure compliance with technical and occupational safety standards. * Support engineers and site supervisors in monitoring, testing, and handing over installations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical course in Construction, Electrotechnics, Mechanics, or related fields preferred). * Proven experience in **building systems installations** (electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and complementary systems). * Experience in leading and coordinating construction teams. * Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and specifications**. **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * TotalPass; * Day Off; * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program.
