Description: * Completed technical or technological education in Occupational Safety; * Certification in accordance with Law No. 7,410 of 11/27/85 and Decree No. 92,530 of 04/09/86; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; * Minimum of 02 years of experience in the role; * Experience in developing and reviewing OHS programs and controlling ASOs; * Experience transmitting mandatory OHS events to eSocial; * Availability for travel. Differentiating Factors: * Experience in establishing and maintaining CIPA is desirable; * Knowledge of hospital sector regulations (e.g., RDC 665/2022, etc.) is desirable; * Develop Risk Management Programs (PGR), monitor expiration dates, and renew within required deadlines; * Request partner Occupational Medicine Clinics to prepare OHS programs such as LTCAT, PCMSO, Insalubrity Reports, etc., analyze, monitor, and request renewal within required deadlines; * Register employee data in systems with partner Occupational Medicine Clinics, schedule exams for issuing Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs), and monitor exam completion within established deadlines; * Monitor workplace accident incidents, issue CATs, record procedures with partner Accounting departments and eSocial, and ensure employees' proper return to work according to legal requirements; * Periodically transmit mandatory OHS events to eSocial, such as S-2210, S-2220, S-2240, among others; * Receive medical certificates, analyze compliance, verify authenticity, register absences, and monitor employees' proper return to work; * Register Commercial Department employees with radiation monitoring suppliers, request and control issuance and return of Digital Dosimeters, and monitor radiation levels received by employees; * Hire professionals for workplace gymnastics, occupational massage, or similar services, and monitor/control activity implementation within the company; * Hire professionals on OHS topics to conduct internal lectures and/or training sessions; * Review invoices and send bills from partner clinics and other SESMT suppliers for payment processing by the Finance Department; * Monitor PCMSO schedules regarding planned trainings, develop and deliver trainings as directed/approved by Management; * Develop, review, and deliver onboarding training for new employees related to legal requirements and internal SESMT policies; * Implement preventive actions to reduce risks and corrective actions to resolve issues; * Establish and perform CIPA maintenance activities in compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and management direction/approval; * Provide first aid to employees or assist in measuring blood pressure and body temperature and refer to medical services in cases of workplace accidents or discomfort, ensuring employee well-being; * Act as a Fire Brigade member and carry out necessary safety and evacuation procedures during fires, accidents, or emergency drills; * Monitor document updates according to new regulatory standards and/or changes in legislation; * Create and maintain various control reports related to program and ASO expirations, Digital Dosimetry, Training, among others; * Organize and archive physical and digital copies of ASOs, OHS Programs, department supplier contracts, and other documents. 250918020224305527
