




**CONTEXT AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** AVSI Brasil is a non-profit civil society organization, established in 2007, focused on improving the living conditions of people in vulnerable situations. It works in partnership with international cooperation actors, public sector entities, and private initiatives. Linked to the AVSI Foundation, an Italian NGO active in Brazil since the 1980s, its mission is to promote individual protagonism in personal, family, and community development. It implements social projects based on an integral and solidarity-driven methodology aimed at autonomy and human dignity. The professional will be integrated into the VALE LUZ PROJECT, which operates in Bahia, Pernambuco, and Rio Grande do Norte, primarily in low-income communities, aiming to disseminate concepts related to the safe and efficient use of electricity. This project enables residential customers to exchange recyclable waste for discounts on their electricity bills. **JOB SUMMARY:** Provide customer service; Guide and verify client documentation regarding process criteria, registering clients when possible; Perform commercial services (registration updates, TSEE enrollment, and others) for later processing at the office; Assist in weighing and storing customer waste materials; Register bill discounts for customers who have weighed waste at the mobile unit; Maintain control of data from actions performed; Load and unload materials. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide customer service; Receive recycled materials from clients; Sort materials when they are mixed; Peso materials; Enter data into the system, recording weights delivered by material type; Organize the service station; Load the truck with collected materials.
