**Responsibilities and duties:** Install and configure automation equipment such as gates, kiosks, sensors, controllers, cameras, and readers. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and software. Conduct on-site technical diagnostics, quickly and accurately resolving failures. Document service reports, technical reports, and maintenance checklists. Provide technical support to customers and conduct basic operational training. Ensure compliance with deadlines and the company's technical quality standards. Interact with internal IT, support, and project teams for technical alignment. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Experience with automation, access control, CCTV, or embedded systems. * Experience with field tools (multimeter, clamp meter, cable crimping tools). * Desired knowledge of TCP/IP networks and structured cabling infrastructure. Requirements and qualifications: * Knowledge of analog and digital electronics. * Familiarity with testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.). * Ability to read schematics and diagrams. * Knowledge of electronic components. * Ability to work with precision. * Good understanding of physical concepts. **Technical Skills:** * Parking automation systems (e.g., WPS, Perto, Link, Embratec, Parco, etc.). * Basic computer skills and understanding of IP configuration, switches, and cameras. * Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
