Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying, assessing, and proposing improvements to operational processes, with a focus on audits and loss prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Process-oriented mindset and analytical capability required. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct on-site visits to operations to identify, assess, document, and resolve issues encountered, thereby contributing to necessary process adjustments; * Map and understand operational processes at parking facilities. * Actively participate in meetings with other departments, propose solutions, and support parking facility leadership on identified points, ensuring the effectiveness of action plans can be verified during subsequent visits; * Collaborate in creating and reviewing policies and procedures to improve operational processes, while promoting internal processes through alignment and reorientation whenever necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Graduate studies in progress or completed; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Process-oriented mindset and ability to identify improvement opportunities. **Essential Knowledge and Skills** * Strong communication skills; * Dynamism in performing tasks; * Proactivity; * Analytical capability; * Experience in audit processes and/or loss prevention; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Ability to create effective presentations in PowerPoint; * Data analysis capability.
