




Description: * Completed high school education. * Pursuing a degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field or related areas. It will be a differentiator if: * Proficiency in Office suite or similar software; * Knowledge of Food Defense and Food Fraud; * Experience with analysis processes; * Laboratory controls; * Laboratory safety; * HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points); * FSSC22000 standard; * Power BI and Power App. Your challenges will be: * Conduct various analyses to monitor quality during the receipt of raw materials, ingredients, water, in-process products, finished products, and packaging materials; * Prepare culture media and solutions for physicochemical and microbiological analyses; * Issue analysis reports to ensure item release; * Validate supplier certificates to ensure the quality of critical items through visual inspection; * Contribute to the development and implementation of operational procedures and methodologies applied to food safety; * Report occurrences of process anomalies to suppliers; * Comply with sustainability requirements, quality management, food safety, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety. 251026020222254255
