For this reason, we continually seek new talents driven to make a difference alongside us. #### **Daily Responsibilities:** Provide second-level support for infrastructure-related incidents, solutions, suggestions, etc.; Deliver remote support; Deliver on-site support; Diagnose malfunctions in equipment—including networks (LAN and WAN), servers, and general communications; Recommend and guide users on standard operational procedures and best practices for using equipment/services; Ensure compliance with customer requirements (SLA) agreed upon by ATAKAREJO; Monitor the network and perform diagnostics; Monitor servers; Manage access to core systems (e.g., user profile definition); Assist management in implementing and improving IT department policies; assist management in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution; Understand business needs, requirements, and demands; #### **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Technology (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Technology, etc.). Postgraduate degree in computer networking or information security is desirable. Proven experience in IT infrastructure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows (Active Directory, File Server, Proxy, Firewall, DHCP, DNS, Database, etc.), Linux, VMware, computer networking, public-facing support, backup/restore operations, and security and monitoring systems.
