We suggest regularly checking your inbox as well as your spam folder to ensure no important communication is missed. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring deadlines, internal workflows, LGPD compliance, and best practices. * Ensure compliance of selection processes, including data management, documentation, and communication with candidates and managers. * Monitor CLT and PJ hiring processes. * Plan, execute, and monitor onboarding of new employees, controlling evidence and records. * Develop, implement, and monitor Training and Development initiatives and programs. * Support performance evaluation processes and follow-up on Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics to support management decisions. * Lead organizational climate and engagement initiatives, from planning through implementation. * Ensure legal compliance, alignment with internal policies, and effective communication among HR, leadership, and employees. * Support benefits-related requests and employee assistance. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Planning * Organization * Problem Solving * Accountability * Interpersonal Skills **HIRING COMPANY INFORMATION:** * **Company:** Confidential * **Work Location:** Salvador/BA * **Employment Type:** Permanent/CLT * **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week Requirements: * Experience as an HR Generalist * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resource Management. * Ongoing postgraduate studies in related fields. * Experience managing complex selection processes. * Experience designing and implementing training and development programs. * Experience conducting performance evaluations. * Experience analyzing and managing HR metrics. * Intermediate knowledge of labor legislation. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency.
