Requirements: **What do I need to have or know?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Experience as a Relationship Manager for Banking Correspondents. * Knowledge and experience in the payroll-deductible loan market. * Knowledge and management of partner networks. * Ability to propose strategic planning aligned with the company’s business strategy, focused on network growth and development. * Experience in customer portfolio management and business development. * Knowledge of financial products. * Skills in sales management, strategic planning, and strong performance orientation. * Analytical ability to make data- and indicator-based decisions. * Ability to interpret financial and market reports to identify improvement opportunities. * Business-strategy-oriented mindset, with focus on growth and innovation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
