We seek a Product Analyst with an analytical and strategic mindset, capable of working closely with technology, data, and business teams to continuously evolve our digital products. Responsibilities: ¿ Analyze and evolve company products, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth; ¿ Collaborate with technology, data, and business teams to define and prioritize product requirements; ¿ Conduct data analysis to identify user behaviors, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities; ¿ Create and monitor product metrics (KPIs) to support decision-making; ¿ Draft functional requirements and user stories for developing new features; ¿ Participate in defining the product roadmap and backlog prioritization; ¿ Support the definition of user experience (UX/UI) improvements; ¿ Validate features prior to production release; ¿ Monitor feature performance and propose data-driven adjustments; ¿ Document product workflows, features, and business rules. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ ¿ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; ¿ Experience with data analysis and product metrics; ¿ Proficiency in SQL for data analysis; ¿ Experience working with technology and product teams; ¿ Strong analytical skills and strategic product vision; ¿ Experience defining requirements, user stories, and backlog tracking; ¿ Basic knowledge of UX/UI and user experience; ¿ Experience with analytics or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, GA4, or similar). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- ¿ Prior experience in sports betting, online casino, fintech, or digital gaming sectors; ¿ Knowledge of user behavior and retention metrics; ¿ Experience with product management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar); ¿ Experience in high-traffic digital product environments. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- * Mobility Card: usable at various locations, including transportation apps (Uber, 99, etc.), public transport tickets, parking facilities, gas stations, and more. * Meal and Food Allowance: accepted at supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, and other food establishments. * Parking. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Salvador \- BA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Business hours
