If you have experience in customer support, are proactive, and love solving problems, this is the role for you! Job Details: We seek someone with experience in post-sales customer service via phone, chat, and e\-mail; problem resolution; order tracking; product exchanges; and purchase cancellations. Important skills include strong oral and written communication, empathy, organization, and ease using customer service systems—preferably Zendesk. Familiarity with Vtex is considered a plus. Requirements for this position: * Experience in customer support or retention; * Easy access to the location; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, afternoons from 1:40 PM to 8:00 PM\.
