What do we expect from the Social Responsibility Assistant? Do you hold an academic degree in Social Work or a completed undergraduate degree in related fields? Do you have proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite? Are you available for travel and/or relocation? Do you reside in Maragogi, Japaratinga, or nearby regions, with availability to travel to Porto de Pedras, Maceió, and Recife? Do you already have at least one year of professional experience? Your primary challenge will be to support the implementation and monitoring of Amarante’s social responsibility, philanthropy, and ESG initiatives, contributing to the development of projects that generate positive community impact, promote inclusion, sustainability, and employee engagement. What are the routine responsibilities of the Social Responsibility Assistant? * Support for Social Responsibility and ESG Initiatives: Assist in implementing, monitoring, and executing social responsibility programs and projects aligned with the company’s objectives. * Implement the Volunteer Program: Support employee volunteer activities, including recruitment, event organization, initiative follow-up, and participant engagement. * Support and monitor philanthropic actions: Assist donation processes—of products or services—to partner organizations and social projects, ensuring transparency and efficiency. * Support Circular Economy: Collaborate with internal teams to promote circular economy practices, such as recycling, reuse, and waste reduction. * Community Education and Training: Implement education and training programs for local communities to improve their socioeconomic and environmental conditions.
