We believe in the power of intrapreneurship—that is, every person is invited to bring their knowledge, purpose, and unique approach to make a difference daily. **What are the routine responsibilities of the IT Intern?** * Assist in resolving tickets related to hardware, software, and networks, providing support to resort staff; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, printers, and other devices; * Assist in managing and configuring access to internal systems and networks; * Monitor and support software and antivirus installation and updates; * Support the IT team in monitoring the resort’s network infrastructure, identifying potential issues, and reporting them to the team; * Support the IT team in guiding staff on best practices for technology use; * Participate in internal projects aimed at optimizing technological processes and improving system efficiency; * Comply with established practices and procedures to minimize environmental impacts, such as proper waste management and responsible use of natural resources; * Identify situations that may cause negative environmental impacts and report them to the environmental team; * Participate in training sessions related to sustainability and environmental practices; * Follow guidelines for proper waste disposal, reuse, and recycling; * Comply with and report instructions during environmental emergencies. **What do we expect from the IT Intern?** * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and computer maintenance. * Familiarity with technical support and user assistance. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT management tools. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively. **What do we offer the IT Intern?** Beyond compensation, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and numerous opportunities to learn and grow.
