The Controller Assistant is responsible for supporting budget management and monitoring, assisting in collecting and analyzing financial data and tracking costs, with a focus on optimizing results. They provide support in implementing and monitoring internal and operational controls and procedures to ensure resources are used in accordance with the approved budget and company strategy. The assistant also supports the preparation of reports that aid decision-making.

**What are the Controller Assistant’s routine responsibilities?**
* Support the budget preparation process in collaboration with other departments;
* Assist in monitoring budget performance (actual vs. budgeted), revenues, and costs, supporting the identification of variances;
* Support ensuring resources are used in accordance with the approved budget and company strategy;
* Assist in calculating and monitoring departmental costs (fixed and variable);
* Support tracking financial indicators such as EBITDA and Net Profit;
* Develop and implement initiatives to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to reduce expenses;
* Assist in preparing cost reports, providing data for analysis;
* Participate in physical inventory processes at the main warehouse and other departments, supporting result verification;
* Assist in preparing periodic managerial reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on financial and budgetary performance, costs, and other key performance indicators (KPIs);
* Collect and organize financial and operational data to support analysis, aiding in identifying trends;
* Prepare information for results presentations to management and other stakeholders;
* Support implementing and monitoring internal controls and operational procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies;
* Conduct internal audits and process, procedure, and control inspections;
* Assist in validating contracts to verify alignment with budget and materials;
* Support analyzing and validating contracts and materials within the approval workflow, verifying alignment with budgetary criteria;
* Continuously seek optimization of Controller Department processes by proposing improvements and new tools.
**What do we expect from the Controller Assistant?**
* Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience with administrative, financial, or controller-support routines;
* Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for report and presentation development;
* Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs), financial and operational
