We believe in intrapreneurship—that is, every individual is invited to bring their knowledge, purpose, and unique approach to make a difference daily. **Education, Knowledge, and Prerequisites Required for This Position:** * Completed High School; * Prior experience in carpentry, with proficiency in using manual and electric tools; * Technical course in Carpentry or related fields; * Courses or specializations in Carpentry; * Experience in carpentry for hospitality environments, with emphasis on custom-made furniture. **What Are the Routine Responsibilities of a Carpenter?** * Carry out repairs and maintenance on damaged wooden furniture and structures, ensuring item integrity and functionality; * Collaborate with design and maintenance teams to meet specific requirements for decoration projects or environmental improvements; * Perform finishing tasks such as sanding; * Organize and maintain a clean, safe workplace, adequately stocked with materials and tools; * Comply with safety standards when using manual and electric tools, while ensuring personal and workplace safety; * Assist in assembling and installing structures in common and private areas, such as lounges, swimming pools, restaurants, and guest rooms; * Inspect and maintain doors, windows, and frames; * Inspect and maintain furniture; * Fabricate wooden components; * Maintain roof framing, wooden ceilings, and PVC ceilings; * Maintain guardrail framing and general pillars; * Follow established practices and procedures to minimize environmental impacts, including proper waste management and responsible use of natural resources; * Identify situations that may cause negative environmental impacts and report them to the environmental team; * Participate in training related to sustainability and environmental practices; * Follow guidelines for proper waste disposal, reuse, and recycling; * Comply with and report guidance during environmental emergencies. **What Do We Offer the Carpenter?** Beyond competitive compensation, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and numerous opportunities to learn and grow.
