The intern will support the Quality team in monitoring satisfaction surveys, contributing to analyses, organizing information, and initiatives aimed at continuously improving the guest experience. We are looking for someone currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Quality Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, Production Engineering, or related fields, with interest in data analysis, attention to detail, and familiarity with tools such as Excel or Google Sheets. **What challenge will you face here?** The main challenge will be monitoring and analyzing guest satisfaction metrics, helping identify trends, improvement opportunities, and best practices that strengthen the resort experience.
