Support for reception activities when necessary We are hiring a professional to work as a Janitor responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and basic upkeep of company facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning of the company (offices, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor areas); * Collect trash and maintain organized environments; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies; * Carry out minor repairs (painting, basic electrical and simple plumbing); * Inspect premises to identify maintenance needs; * Support reception activities when necessary. * Wash and organize common areas **Requirements:** * Experience in this role or similar positions; * Basic knowledge of maintenance (painting, electrical, and plumbing); * Organization, responsibility, and proactivity; * Willingness to perform operational tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in companies or residential complexes; * Courses in building maintenance. **Schedule** To be determined We seek a committed professional who contributes to maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functional environment.
