Description

We are looking for a **Manager** to lead the overall operation of a churrascaria, ensuring service quality, team organization, process control, and smooth restaurant functioning. The professional will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the dining area, kitchen, customer service, inventory, and staff, ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to the establishment's results. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the churrascaria’s daily operations; * Coordinate dining room, kitchen, service, and support teams; * Monitor customer service quality; * Ensure restaurant organization, cleanliness, and operational standards; * Supervise opening, operation, and closing procedures; * Monitor reservations, customer flow, and dining room demands; * Resolve incidents, complaints, and customer needs; * Support inventory control, purchasing, and restocking of supplies; * Track sales indicators, waste, costs, and team performance; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good practice regulations; * Organize staff schedules, days off, and task distribution; * Train, guide, and monitor employee performance; * Collaborate with management to improve churrascaria processes and results. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a manager, supervisor, or team leader in restaurants, churrascarias, or food and beverage operations; * Knowledge of team management, customer service, and operational routines; * Familiarity with inventory control, cost management, purchasing, and restaurant performance indicators; * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and problem-solving capacity; * Organizational skills, accountability, and an owner’s mindset; * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays; * Commitment to quality, punctuality, and results. **Desired Profile** We seek a proactive, organized, and communicative leader who can effectively lead teams, interact with customers, and maintain high-quality, agile, and standardized operations.
