DATA ANALYST

This opportunity is to work within our **Shared Services Center (CSC)**, ensuring the quality, reliability, and integrity of information supporting the group’s strategic decisions. Here, you will have space to work analytically, collaboratively, and with direct impact on the evolution of our corporate processes and data. **Responsibilities and duties** Your mission will be to ensure corporate data consistency and governance, supporting the construction of reliable business information. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Audit corporate data in systems, dashboards, ERPs, CRMs, and integrated databases * Identify inconsistencies, duplications, and data integrity failures * Validate integrations and information flows between systems * Map data origin and traceability (source of truth) * Create routines for data verification, validation, and auditing * Support the establishment and maintenance of data governance * Define and monitor data quality indicators * Support business areas in the correct use of data and systemic processes * Collaborate closely with BI, Development, Process, and Operations teams * Propose improvements to processes, integrations, and data architecture * Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory policies **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in data analysis, validation, or governance * Knowledge of databases, integrations, and business rules * Experience with ERPs, CRMs, dashboards, or integrated corporate environments * Analytical, investigative, and organized profile * Ability to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions * Strong communication skills and ease working in multidisciplinary teams **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with BI or Data Warehouse * Knowledge of SQL and data modeling * Experience with data governance and data quality
