If you seek innovation and a collaborative environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for your career. **Main responsibilities:** * Analyze photovoltaic power plant performance data to identify performance deviations, anomalies, and other failures. * Participate in technical meetings to present analyses and discuss improvement opportunities. * Prepare technical reports and presentations for Delfos clients in Brazil and Europe. * Collaborate with the Customer Success team to track client requests and their respective resolution actions. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience with photovoltaic power plant projects; * Knowledge of databases, Python, and SQL (queries and data extraction); * Ability to analyze data and interpret energy generation indicators; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in data analysis and/or monitoring of photovoltaic power plants. * Daily use and mastery of Artificial Intelligence tools. * Prior experience in direct client interaction. **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits:** * Birthday Off – one day off to celebrate your birthday; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Flexible Benefits Card (Caju) including: – Remote Work Allowance – Culture Allowance – Food Allowance – Meal Voucher * Conexa Saúde – online medical consultations; * Psicologia Viva – online psychotherapy platform; * Discounts at educational institutions; * Pharmacy discounts.
