Buscamos un Asistente de Recursos Humanos especializado en **Reclutamiento \& Selección**, que apoye los procesos de atracción, preselección y selección de talentos, contribuyendo así a la conformación de equipos alineados con la cultura y las necesidades de la empresa. **Principales responsabilidades:** * Apoyar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección para puestos operativos, administrativos y/o técnicos; * Publicar ofertas laborales en plataformas de empleo, redes sociales y otros canales; * Realizar la preselección de currículos según el perfil requerido para cada puesto; * Contactar a los candidatos para programar entrevistas; * Asistir en la realización de entrevistas individuales y/o grupales; * Actualizar hojas de cálculo y sistemas de control de ofertas laborales; * Apoyar en la comunicación con los candidatos y en el seguimiento del proceso selectivo; * Brindar soporte a otras tareas rutinarias del departamento de RR.HH., según sea necesario. **Requisitos:** * Educación secundaria completa (se valorará formación técnica o universitaria en RR.HH., Psicología, Administración o áreas afines); * Interés o experiencia previa en Reclutamiento \& Selección será un diferencial; * Buena comunicación verbal y escrita; * Organización y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente; * Conocimientos básicos del paquete Office.
