Key role in IT operations Monitoring is a critical area of our operations, ensuring the availability and performance of our systems and applications. Our team monitors key aspects of the IT infrastructure—including servers and applications—with the objective of quickly and efficiently preventing incidents. **What will be your mission on the Monitoring team?** * Ensure the stability and performance of our platform by proactively monitoring to support operations and deliver an optimal customer experience. **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks or related fields; * Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Elastic Search); * Familiarity with log analysis and interpretation (ELK Stack); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Calmness and focus under pressure; * Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration; * Methodical organization and documentation; * Proactivity in identifying potential issues; * Understanding of system criticality hierarchy. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Languages: English and/or Spanish; * Experience with Docker and containers; * Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash); * Experience with RESTful APIs; * Knowledge of information security fundamentals. **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position — Fortaleza or Crateús; Contract type: PJ (individual contractor); Health insurance; Variable compensation; English school discount partnerships.
