The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for the tactical execution of the backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives defined by the PM. Acts as a facilitator between the business and the technical team, ensuring that requirements are well documented and prioritized according to acceptance criteria. **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for ensuring the tactical execution of the AI, Data, and Automation backlog, aligning priorities and technical requirements with teams; * Coordinates the writing and refinement of User Stories, ensuring clarity and appropriate documentation for implementation; * Works directly with Tech Leads for AI, Data, and Automation, ensuring technical requirements are correctly understood; * Aligns acceptance criteria with QA, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards; * Supervises and supports the development of the AI, Data, and Automation product roadmaps, collaborating with the PM and Domain Leader; * Validates technical feasibility with the Solution Architect and Tech Lead, ensuring compliance with architectural standards; * Monitors value metrics of deliverables, ensuring solutions generate positive business impact; * Participates in Lean Portfolio (QBR) for strategic backlog prioritization, in PO & Scrum of Scrums Sync for cross-squad alignment, and in Value Tracking to measure delivery impact. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed Higher Education Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Data Science or related fields.
