




**Job Description:** We are looking for an analytical professional focused on results, interested in improving internal processes through simple and effective technological solutions. The position is to work in **Supply Management**, directly collaborating on continuous improvement projects, task automation, and development of management dashboards and reports. The professional will be responsible for supporting coordination in the **management and analysis of supply data**, **creating BI solutions**, **automating administrative routines**, and **optimizing internal controls**, especially related to the management of **purchase requisitions, budget commitments, balances, and systemic reports**. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain **Business Intelligence dashboards (Power BI or similar)** with indicators and reports on consumption, inventory, and budget execution; * Create **automated workflows** using **low\-code/no\-code tools** (e.g.: Power Automate, AppSheet, Airtable, n8n, etc.); * Design and improve **smart spreadsheets** for data control and analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, with formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards); * Assist in the integration and consolidation of **systemic data** from institutional platforms; * Propose and implement **improvements in internal processes**, focusing on efficiency, control, and standardization; * Support monitoring and control of **purchase requisitions, budget commitments, and budget balances**, transforming data into strategic information; * Provide technical support to coordination in **innovation and information management projects**. **Requirements:** * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **Excel or Google Sheets** (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, simple macros, pivot tables, dashboards); * Knowledge of **Power BI** (data modeling, basic DAX, report and indicator creation); * Experience with **low\-code/no\-code tools** for process automation (such as Power Automate, AppSheet, n8n, Make, etc.); * Understanding of **databases and data manipulation** (e.g.: basic SQL, CSV, integrated spreadsheets); * Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning; * Organized and proactive, able to identify bottlenecks and propose viable technological solutions. **Desirable qualifications:** * Experience in the public sector or with administrative routines; * Basic knowledge of **Python, VBA, or Google Apps Script**; * Experience in **supply management, warehousing, or public procurement**; * Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (OKR, backlog, sprints, etc.); * Clear communication skills and focus on practical results. **Behavioral profile:** * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Ability to work autonomously with measurable deliverables; * Critical thinking and solution-oriented approach; * Interest in innovation and technology applied to public service. **Compensation and benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 * **Meal allowance:** R$ 700,00 * **Workload:** 40 hours per week (on-site) * **Location:** Fortaleza/CE Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3\.500,00 \- R$40\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
