Job Summary: Generalist HR professional to work in recruitment and selection, training and development, and leadership support, with a focus on onboarding initiatives, HR policies, and internal marketing. Support for onboarding, training, and organizational climate initiatives **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Generalist HR experience: Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to collaborate across departments. **Responsibilities:** * Perform generalist HR functions across HR subsystems, focusing on recruitment and selection, training and development, and leadership support; * Manage end-to-end selection processes; * Support onboarding, training, development, and organizational climate initiatives; * Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and metrics; * Plan and execute internal endomarketing activities. **Additional Information:** * Work Location: Av. Francisco Sá, Barra do Ceará. * Business hours: Monday to Friday. * On-site meals. * Transportation allowance.
