Job Summary: The Human Resources Analyst will perform personnel department activities, including payroll, benefits, timekeeping control, and onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation. Ensure compliance with labor laws and current regulations Hospital in Fortaleza seeks a Human Resources Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Perform payroll-related activities, monitoring pre-payroll calculations including salaries, overtime, and deductions such as INSS and IRRF. Manage benefits administration, covering transportation vouchers, allowances, and other offered benefits. Manage timekeeping control, absences, and tardiness, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with labor legislation. Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, organizing documentation, records, and procedures, including homologations when required. Monitor vacation acquisition and concession periods, scheduling and processing them appropriately. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding personnel department routines and assist HR with related requests. Ensure adherence to labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable current regulations. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
