Preparation of performance reports and indicators **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:** Support accounting and cost closing activities for companies, monitor execution of the annual budget, analyze variances, prepare explanations for performance report discrepancies, and fill in and track accounting and cost-related KPIs. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** 1\.Office suite (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint) 2\.Controlling and budgetary analysis (Opex and Capex). 3\.Income statement consolidation and results analysis. 4\.Performance indicators and cost analysis. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Execution of expense and investment postings and reclassifications; * Capex execution analysis, comparison between budgeted vs. actual; * Filling in and analyzing monthly KPIs for accounting and cost areas; * Supporting preparation of the performance report with data from accounting and cost areas; * Monitoring budget execution; * Monthly income statement consolidation for companies, part of performance reporting; * Analyzing budget variances (actual vs. budgeted) and preparing explanations; * Preparing expense analyses for DGA, DGV, and CSC; * Calculating and publishing the monthly base price for charcoal contract payments; * Calculating and publishing the monthly “transfer price” for VM vs. VS ore; * Preparing studies and presentations as required by Management.
